Italy offers an all inclusive tax arrangement for new residents in the country. There is a flat tax of €100,000 per annum. No further tax is payable and no return needs to be filed.

 

You are not allowed to work in Italy which is widely interpreted.

 

This is useful for high earners who work internationally and will carry out no work in Italy. It is possible to get a clearance from the Italian tax office.
