For higher value properties (over €20M) I offer a bespoke service. This includes visiting the property to ascertain any likely legal issues, visiting and making enquiries at the Mairie (Town Hall) to include planning applications of the property and adjacent properties and dealing closely with the notaire.
The areas I am usually involved in are close to Monaco and ski resorts such as Courchevel. I also deal with equestrian properties.
